What the court decided
I.P.No.26 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.,
This Insolvency Petition has been filed to adjudicate the petitioner as insolvent.
- The learned Official Assignee would submit that there was no co-operation from the petitioner since the date of filing of this petition. Further he would submit that the petitioner has filed the present petition only to avail the benefits under the provisions of Law. Therefore, he requests this Court to dismiss the present petition in terms of Section 15(3) of the Presidency Town Insolvency Act, 1909.
- However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for one last opportunity.
- Hence, at request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, post this matter on 12.04.2024 for orders.
