PRAYER :-
For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.21 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :-
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120B, 408 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.21 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused in Crime No.21 of 2022.
