PRAYER :-
For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 574 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :-
The petitioner/Accused No.4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.574 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having only one previous case. Only on the ground of celebration of birth day, the above said case has been registered against the petitioner.
6.It is seen that considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court. Now, in this petition, I find no change of circumstance.
7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall surrender before the respondent police or before the concerned Court for regular bail.
