Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., praying to modify the conditions of depositing a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- and to appear before the respondent police for a period of 30 days, being imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District in Crl.M.P.No.4551 of 2021 by order dated 23.12.2021.
