ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.288 of 2013 pending on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Nambiyur Police Station, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Erode, Erode District.
2.When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Advocate submitted that in Crl.O.P.No.11059 of 2018 filed by Thanalakshmi, this Court ordered transfer of investigation in Nambiyur in Crime No.288 of 2013 to CBCID, Coimbatore on 09.08.2018. It is also informed that the petitioner in this case R.Murugan is no more.
3.Recording the said submission and the fact that the investigation in Crime No.288 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Nambiyur Police Station, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, is transferred to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Erode, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. This petition is dismissed as infructuous.
