When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has already been completed; the charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.135 of 2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public
Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
