Subsequently, they have filed petitions to amend the name of the Court as XVI Additional Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases, Egmore in Crl.M.P.Nos.19280 & 19283 of 2022 and the same has been Ordered by this Court on 03.08.2023. However, in the amended Order, it is mentioned as Saidapet, instead of Egmore and hence, seeks to clarify the same.
