Petition seeking a direction to call for the records in Crime No.199 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the FIR, dated 16.08.2019 therein, in sofar as the 2^nd accused is concerned.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

appearing for the petitioner reported that the petitioner/A2 died on 13.06.2022 and he has also filed a memo to that effect enclosing a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is

dismissed as the charges framed as against the deceased petitioner/A2 stand abated. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
