This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to file the above appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 12.04.2018 passed in S.C.No.34 of 2005 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Salem.
- The petitioner/complainant initiated a prosecution in S.C.No.34 of 2005 against the respondents/accused, in which, the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Salem, by judgment and order dated 12.04.2018, acquitted the respondents/accused of all the charges framed against them.
- Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner/State has preferred the present appeal and is seeking special leave in this petition.
- Heard Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner/State.
