ORDER
When the Case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed seeking copy of the Post-mortem report of the Petitioner's deceased brother namely S.Palanimurugan who died on 17.06.2020 in connection with the case registered FIR in Crime No.615 of 2020 on the file of the second Respondent herein.
other such proceedings, the Petitioners attempted to obtain a copy of the Post-Mortem Report which ended futile. Therefore, he had filed this Petition seeking copy of the Post-Mortem report from the second Respondent.
4.On the basis of the said submissions, as the Petitioner had been furnished with the copy of the Post-mortem report of his deceased brother Palanimurugan, this Petition is disposed of.
