The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section Girl Missing and later altered into Section 5(1) and 6 of Protection of Children Sexual Offences Act 2012 in Crime No.586 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
the daughter of the defacto complainant/victim girl and under the pretext
of marriage, he had penetrative sexual assault on the victim girl .
petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
