Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that all the four cases, which were earlier pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Egmore, Chennai, have been transferred and presently pending before the Magistrate

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petitions.

3. Recording the above said submissions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
