Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No. 8331 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 11231 of 2021 that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m till the filing of chargesheet and thus render justice.
