This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2744 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.109 of 2021 on 05.03.2021.
fact that this Criminal Appeal is of the year 2021, this Court modify the condition that instead of appearing before the concerned Court on the first working day of every English calendar month, petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in three months, starting from May 2022 on the first working day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
