One M/s.Jenith Herbals of Kolli Hills, Namakkal District and its Agents in the nearby locality stand charged with the offence under Section 120(B), 420, 406, 107 IPC and section 5 of TNPID Act on the allegation that they had induced the villagers of that locality that they could earn quick and huge amount by depositing their hard earned money in the said Company and cheated them and thereby three Calendar Cases viz., C.C.Nos.34 to 36 of 2013 on the file of the Special Judge under TNPID Act, Coimbatore have been filed at the instance of three de facto complainants viz., (1) G.Natarajan; (2) Mohan; and (3) M.Palanisamy respectively.
- It appears that the accused persons in those Calendar Cases had filed separate Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions before the Trial Court seeking for a single trial and the Trial Court had dismissed the same. Aggrieved against the same, one of the accused viz., C.Sundaram, who figures with different ranking in those Calendar Cases, alone had filed the above Criminal Revision Cases.
- Now, the present Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed for impleading the other accused persons in the Criminal Revision Cases.
