Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21993 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble may deem fit and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of G.M.ANANTHAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21993 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, hence the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
