This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.21788 of 2022 on 09.09.2022 to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders..
- The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the 1st petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.
- Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the 1st petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
