The contention of the Petitioner is that he was roped in four cases viz., C.C.No.34/2011, 36/2011, 24/2016 & 10/2011.

- i. C.C.No. 34/2011 ended in his favour, he was acquitted from that case.

- ii. C.C.No.10/2011 is a disproportionate wealth case, wherein the Petitioner was convicted along with another accused by judgment of the trial Court dated 07.10.2021, against which Crl.A.No.498 of 2021 was preferred.

- iii. C.C.No.36/2011 filed for the offences under Section 120(b) IPC and 7, 8 & 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act and is pending for trial. Now the case is at Investigating Officer's stage.

- iv. C.C.No.24/2016 filed for the ill-gotten money to be projected as genuine.

2.The further contention of the Petitioner is that the Appeal would take long time for disposal and the Petitioner is the sole public servant in this case
