Side) that in this case, even though the appellant was charged under Sections 376 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code, he was acquitted for the offence under Sections 376 and for the offence under Section 417 of the Indian Penal Code, he was sentenced to undergo three months Rigorous Imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs.1,25,000/-.
