PRAYER : Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14 A of the Scheduled Castes and Schedule Tribes Amendment Act 2015, to set aside the order passed by the Learned the Principal Sessions Judge, for Special Court for exclusive trial of cases registered under Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.2501 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021 and enlarge the appeallants on bail concerned in Crime No.28 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, AWPS, Krishnagiri District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
