Prayer: This Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 372 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the Judgment dated 09.03.2017 passed in Crl.A.No.35 of 2015 by the Additional District Sessions Judge No.2, Kancheepuram and confirm the judgment dated 24.11.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram by imposing a sentence for 1 year simple imprisonment and fine of Rs.2,500/- in default to undergo 1 months simple imprisonment for offence under Section 498(A) IPC and to undergo 1 year imprisonment for the offence under Section 498(A) IPC and also imposed fine of Rs.2,500/- in default to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 1 month and acquitted the first respondent for the offence under Section 506(i) IPC.
