2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Kodaikanal, in Na.Ka.No.2192/2017/A2, dated 17.08.2022, whereby the respondent directed the Tahsildar, Kodaikanal, to pass appropriate orders for issuance of Joint Patta.
3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
