COMMON ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged
disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 05.02.2021 made in W.P.No.19738 of 2019.
Pleader took time to get instructions with regard to compliance and again when it came up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of the same, he has produced the appointment order of the petitioner dated 06.04.2022, under which, the petitioner has been appointed as Grade -II Police Constable in the Tamil Nadu Special Police, third battalion at Veerapuram, Chennai – 55.
