This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience
of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.6095 of 2020 dated 20.04.2021.

Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mrs.R.Gouri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction would submit that, pursuant to the order, the District Collector has passed an order rejecting the plea of the petitioner. Therefore, insofar as this contempt petition is concerned, it may be closed however the liberty may
be given to the petitioner to challenge that order in the manner known to
law.
