Mr.H.Karthik Seshadri, learned counsel for the depositors, Mr.P.H.Arvindh Pandian, learned Administrator, Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional P.P.(Crl. side) and Mr.R.Subramanian, party-in-person, were heard.
- Without prejudice to his contentions on merits, Mr.Subramanian has agreed to file an affidavit setting out particulars of 14 properties held either by him or in the names of various entities forming part of the corporate group controlled by him. He is called upon to set out all relevant information relating to the said 14 properties in the affidavit. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following particulars are required:
(1) Full description of the property and ownership details.
(2) Particulars of available title deeds, including the place
of storage and custody.
