Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in pursuant to the decree and judgment passed in MCOP.No.141/2012 dated 08.07.2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram pending disposal of the above CMA.(MD).No.438/2016.

To allow this appeal, set aside the judgment and decree dated 08.07.2014 passed in M.C.O.P.No.141 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal / Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram.
