Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order of injunction restraining the Respondents from in anyway interfering with the Petitioner-s possession and enjoyment of the suit property forming the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.402/2002 on the file of District Munsif Court, Srivaiguntam pending disposal of the above Second Appeal.

To prefer this memorandum of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.17 of 2004, on the file of the Subordinate Judge(Appellate Court), Tuticorin dated 07.03.2005 confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.402 of 2002, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srivaiguntam dated 11.12.2003.
