The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the above appeal.
2.M/s.Sree Vidhya takes notice for the insurance company. She has no objection to the delay being condoned and accordingly the delay is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant will not be entitled to the interest for the delay period ie. for 250 days.
