This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 361 days in filing the above appeal.

- 3.Considering the fact that the
- sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 361 days in filing the above appeal is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e.,for 361 days.

- the name of 1st Respondent counsel in the cause list, at the time admission.
