This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time granted in the order dated 27.10.2022 in CMA No.2280 of 2022 to the the petitioner/appellant to deposit the amount of Rs.9,25,000/- being the share of the minor of the petitioner's son into any Nationalised Bank till the petitioner's son attains majority.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.
- Since the intending purchaser has refused to purchase the property on account of personal reasons, within the stipulated time, the order could not be complied with, as could be seen from paragraph No.4 of the affidavit.
- In view of the above, the time to deposit the minor share of Rs.9,25,000/- and to sell the property is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and CMP No.22353 of 2022, is ordered accordingly.
