This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to set aside the order of dismissal for default dated 21.02.2022 passed in S.A.No.935 of 2003 and restore the same.
2. Heard Mr.K.S.Viswanathan, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent-8.
- The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection to the Second Appeal being restored.
- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, this petition is ordered. and the S.A.No.935 of 2003 is restored to file.
- The Registry is directed to post the Second Appeal on 12.01.2023 "for arguments".
