These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2010 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to non impleading the legal heirs of deceased sole appellant in A.S. No.16 of 2012; to set aside the abatement caused due to non impleading the legal heirs of deceased sole appellant in A.S. No.16 of 2012; and to bring on record the petitioners/legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant and array them as appellants 1 to 4 in A.S. No.16 of 2012.
2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the sole appellant A.Munusamy died and M.Mangalakshmi D/o.Munusamy, M.Leelavathi D/o.Munusamy, M.Kumar S/o.Munusamy and M.Govindarajan S/o.Munusamy, all having address at New No.36, Old No.21, Pushpa Nagar, 2nd Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600 034, are his legal heirs. Apart from them, R.Padma Rajeswari D/o. Late Ramasamy and R.Muralidharan S/o.Late Ramasamy, both having address at No.9, Flat No.25, Prashanth Manor, Bajanai Koil Street, Near Saidapet Road, Vadapalani, Chennai-600 026, are also his legal heirs. Therefore, these petitions are filed for condonation of delay of 2010 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement, for setting aside the abatement and for brought on record the four legal heirs as appellants and the other two legal heirs as respondents 3 and 4 in A.S. No.16 of 2012.
