This petition is filed to condone the delay of 161 days in filing the Second Appeal.
- Heard Mr. Abdul Saleem, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioners and Ms. Gayathri, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
- This Court is fully satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit
filed in support of the petition. The learned counsel for the respondent has
no serious objection in allowing this petition. Since the petitioner has given
reasons to the satisfaction of this Court, this petition is ordered.
