The Review application is filed challenging the order passed in C.M.A.No.1061 of 2008, where the review petitioner has been fastened liability. A perusal of the Judgement dated 13.02.2014 would show that the respondent / review petitioner herein has not been served in the appeal. Despite which orders have been passed.
