This petition is filed to condone the delay of 126 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The 2^nd respondent, who is the owner of the offending vehicle remained exparte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to the 2^nd respondent is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 1^st respondent/claimant submitted that the 1^st respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

4.Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the 1^st respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and delay is condoned.
