These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 19.11.2021 dismissing the Civil Revision Petitions for non-prosecution.
that due to old age as well as ill-health of petitioners' previous counsel, he handed over the bundles along with change of vakalats to the petitioners. After getting the same, they have entrusted the papers to the present counsel on record. Thereafter, after verifying the status of cases, it was informed to them that due to non-appearance of petitioners side on 19.11.2021, the cases were dismissed for non-prosecution. On coming to know about the same, he has filed the above petitions to restore the above C.R.P.s

the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions seeking to restore the Revision Petitions, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions and to restore the Civil Revision Petitions.
