This Court, by order dated 09.02.2022 made in C.M.P.No.13733 of
2021 in O.S.A.(CAD) No.84 of 2021, has passed a conditional order
directing the appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- to the credit of the O.S.A.(CAD) No.84 of 2021 on the file of this Court within a period of six weeks. Today, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the conditional order has been complied with by depositing a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- as directed by this Court.
