This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 to 9 as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

- Mr.P.Hari Babu, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 1st respondent died on 24.05.2022. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring on record his legal representatives.

- Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 appeared and submitted his no objection in allowing this petition.

- Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 6 to 9 in the above Second Appeal.

- The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
