The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 1849 days in filing the above appeal.
- The respondents though served have not entered appearance. Sufficient reasons have been given in paragraph nos.4 and 5 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. However, the claimant is not entitled to any interest for the delayed period.
- The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
