Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel appearing for the appellant/Insurance Company would submit that after the award the claimants have settled the claim for a consolidated sum of Rs.8,00,000/- before the Lok Adalat and the same has also been paid and hence this appeal has become infructuous.
