TERMS OF SETTLEMENT

The appellant and second respondent/Insurance Company entered into a compromise whereunder, appellant agreed to receive a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- in full quit over and above awarded by the Tribunal.

The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced sum

within a period of six weeks.

The appellant is permitted to withdraw the enhanced sum.
