2.Thereafter, Mr.M.Narendran of M/s.King and Partridge (Law Firm)

and Mr.S.Karthikeibalan, learned counsel jointly mentioned the matter and pursuant to such mentioning, captioned matter is listed in the Additional List today under the cause list mentioned caption 'FOR BEING MENTIONED'. The reason for mentioning and acceding to the request for listing under the caption 'FOR BEING MENTIONED' is a secretarial/typographical error had crept in qua paragraph No.10 of the aforementioned earlier order dated 28.06.2022. The secretarial/typographical error is, instead of Hon'ble Mr.Justice V.Bharathidasan (Retd.), Former Judge of this Court, the name of another Former Hon'ble Single Judge of this Court had been inadvertently keyed in by the stenographer concerned.

3.Therefore, in Paragraph No.10 of the aforementioned order dated 28.06.2022, ' Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.Kirubakaran (Retd), a former Hon'ble Judge of this Court, with address for service at No.36, 2 nd Cross Street, Rayala Nagar, Ramapuram, Chennai – 600 089, Mobile: 94450 25454 (email : [email protected]) ' will now stand replaced by ' Hon'ble Mr. Justice V.Bharathidasan (Retd.), Former Judge of this
