- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/Plaintiff. The 1st Respondent/1st Defendant was set exparte on 11.04.2022. There is no representation on behalf of the Respondents/Defendants 2 and 3. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th Defendant submitted that the 4th Defendant is only the purchaser of the suit property and stated no objection for allowing this Application.

- In view of the reasons adduced in the Affidavit filed in support of this application and also in view of no objection having been stated by the learned counsel appearing for the 4th Respondent/4th Defendant, this Application is allowed.
