This application has been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 18.02.2022 passed in CS.No.292 of 2020 against the applicants/defendants 2 & 3 on the ground of non-filing of written statement.
The first respondent/plaintiff has no objection for allowing this application.
Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Registry is directed to take the written statement of the second and third defendants on file, if it is otherwise in order.
Post the matter on 15.03.2022 for framing issues.
