This application is filed to condone the delay of 237 days in filing the
Written Statement in C.S.No.164 of 2021.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.Though the reasons stated in the paragraph No.3 of affidavit filed in support of the application are not satisfied, in order to give opportunity to the parties to submit their defence and also participate in the suit, this Court is inclined to allow the application on payment of costs of Rs.25,000/(Rupees twenty five thousand only). The applicant is directed to deposit the costs of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the suit in C.S.No.164 of 2021 on or before 30.03.2022 before the Registry.
