This application praying that this Hon'ble court be pleased to permit

the petitioners 2 to 4 to execute Settlement/Release Deed absolutely settling immovable property more fully described in the schedule in favour of the 5th petitioner.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This Application has been filed to permit the applicants 2 to 4 to execute Settlement/Release deed in favour of the fifth applicant. Fifth applicant is the son of second applicant. Applicants 3 and 4 are the daughters of second applicant and sisters of fifth applicant.

Already, this Court by an order dated 28.08.2017, granted Letters of Administration.

Today, the applicants 2 to 5 appeared before this Court and also

consented to execute the settlement deed/release deed with reference to the

immovable property described in the schedule in favour of the fifth applicant.

On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying
