By order dated 05.08.2022 in O.P.No.716 of 2021, letters of administration with the Will annexed were granted in favour of the petitioner herein. By the last Will and testament dated 08.03.2021 of the deceased testator, R.Arunachalam, the immovable property described in the schedule to the Judge's summons was bequeathed in favour of the petitioner. The present application is filed for permission to sell the bequeathed asset.
