This Appliction coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.K.Sampath, advocate for the applicant herein and Upon reading the Master's Summons and the affidavit of T.Sangeeta filed herein, it is ordered as follows:-
That the plaint in CS.D.No.56507 of 2020, be and is hereby returned.
Fees and Suits Valuation Act 1955, do issue herein, out of and under the seal of this Court in favour of 1. T.Sangeetha and 2. K.Thirumal Vijayam,
the Applicants/Plaintiffs herein, authorising them, to receive from the Pay and Accounts office, High Court, Madras, a sum of Rs.1,40,354/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Four only) being the entire Court fee paid on the plaint by the Applicants/plaintiffs herein.
