1. The Order of this Court dated 28.07.2022 has been complied with.

1. Based on the draft issues filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs, the

following issues are framed for consideration:

“ 1) Whether the Will dated 21.04.2015 is true and

genuine ?

2) To what other reliefs, the parties are entitled ?”

1. The Registry is directed to send back the bundles to the learned

Additional Master for recording evidence on 08.09.2022. Both parties are directed to co-operate with the learned Additional Master for recording evidence. The learned Additional Master is directed to return back the bundles to this Court after completion of recording evidence along with a report regarding the co-operation of the parties.
