Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff makes a statement that there was an earlier attempt by the Advocate-Commissioner to visit the property, but it appears that, due to inadequate communication to the plaintiff, the first attempt was not successful.
- Today, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff undertakes that the plaintiff would lend all his cooperation for the visit of the Advocate-Commissioner. The Commissioner is now required to issue fresh notice on the respective counsel for the parties to the litigation and proceed with the visit.
- Post the matter on 15.02.2023.
